woocommerce admin status page redirects

    Hello
    When ever I go to wordpress admin and click on the woocommerce status link, it redirects me back to the admin home page.

    wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status

    What could be the problem, how to fix this please.

    Figured out that the woocommerce status page is not being shown and getting redirected because of the below piece of code in “html-admin-page-status-report”

    self::output_tables_info();

    Any idea why ? and how to fix it?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that navigating to WooCommerce → Status?redirects you to the admin home page, is this correct?

    This is not something I am able to reproduce on my test site, as navigating to WooCommerce → Status?lands on the correct page.

    As a first step, I’d suggest performing a full conflict test to rule out any plugin/theme conflicts that may be causing the issue.

    The support guide below provides detailed information on how to do this:

    If this makes no difference, ?can you try deleting WooCommerce,?downloading a fresh copy?here, and the installing this to see if this makes any difference?

    I’d like to add that deleting the WooCommerce plugin will not affect your WooCommerce data in any way, all orders, customers, etc. will still be there once WooCommerce has been reinstalled.

    We strongly recommend ensuring that you have a good?backup?of your?full site and database?before doing this, so that, should something go wrong, you are able to easily restore your site to a functioning state.
