Woocommerce AI chat bot/service

Hi!

I’m looking for a plugin/way to help customers and vendors on my website better. Instead of using an oldschool contact page, I’d like to have a chat available on the website that my users and vendors can use. For example:

1. A vendor has a question for the store owner about an order. He clicks ‘help’ on the order and a chat window will open that already lists the item and order number. The vendor can then add his question and maybe even select some options prompted by the chat. When done it will be send off to the admin of the site.

2. A customer has a question about an order, will open a chat window as well but will get different prompts than the vendor.

I’d like to be able to set certain triggers for the chat based on:
– user role
– where the chat is opened (product question, order question, general question ect)
– What the user answers or selects.

It’d be great if the chat bot also has AI and can answer basic questions customer have.

Is there something like this available?
