    Hi,

I building a WooCommerce website and my client has asked for specific shipping costs for certain postcodes, which works fine.

However, I was testing it by putting in random postcodes that aren’t mentioned in the shipping and I’ve realised that certain postcodes don’t work.

For example, BT1* is one used but it then obviously incorporates BT11, BT12, BT13 etc in it too. So do I have to manually enter every single BT1 postcode for it to work?

  • Hello,

If you are trying to target BT1 only, please enter BT1 * – add a space between the BT and *.

    BT1* will trigger BT1, BT11, BT12 etc, while BT1 * only triggers BT1.
