I have a problem with WOOCOMMERCE ANALYTICS. It turns out that the sales data that it shows are not the same as those seen in the order section, some are the same and others are not, the orders do not correspond to what comes out in Analitics. Someone knows what may be happening because some do respect them and others do not.

    Hello @sebas22,

I’ve performed some cross-testing on my test site and have not been able to replicate the behavior that you mentioned. My test site runs a basic installation of Storefront theme and WooCommerce.

All orders under Analytics > Orders appear with the same date they were placed which coincides with the one under WooCommerce > Orders.

I suspect this strange behavior is caused by a conflicting theme or plugin on your site. Can you please switch to the Storefront theme, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and check Analytics data again?

More details on how to perform a conflict test can be found on our support guide:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Make sure you have a full backup in place of your site and database before making any changes.

We haven’t heard from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved. Feel free to start a new thread if you have any more questions!

    Cheers.
