    Hi,

After updating wordpress to 5.9.1 and Woocommerce version 5.8.0 to version 6.2.1, I notice that the ‘statistics’ link is missing from the left menu of wordpress.

I tried to solve the problem by updating the woocommerce-admin 3.1.0 to 3.2.1 but still no analytics menu.

By modifying the url by .../wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=%2Fanalytics%2Foverview, I see that I not allowed to access this page…

Someone to help me? Thank you.

  • Hello,

Could you first check if Analytics is enabled in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features? If enabled but the analytics dashboard is still inaccessible, your site is likely having a conflict issue with theme or another plugin.

To determine what’s causing the issue, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    Hello,

Thank you indeed, you had to activate Analytics in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features. it may have been disabled automatically when updating wordpress or Woocommerce…

The menu is accessible again, however all the values are at zero (orders, net sales,…)…

Also, in wordpress dashboard, woocommerce status shows €0.00 net sales this month while orders are indeed present in Woocommerce > Orders

    Thank You

Ok, I was able to retrieve all data from analytics > settings > Import historical data.

Thank you @maykato the problem is solved
