Woocommerce Analytics No Longer Reports After Version 7.6

I also see there are a TON of people having issues with Analytics as of late. Woocommerce needs to fix this.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the WooCommerce Analytics not showing the line graph under Revenues and Orders but clicking the order links redirect to the orders, correct?

The next time you encounter such an issue, please be sure to report it to the proper forum thread here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/woocommerce/

As a first step, can you please try the following solutions below and see if this works?

• WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear Analytics Cache
• Import Historical Data
• Analytics > Settings > Date type – set to any of the three choices under than Select a Date Type

Is there a way to revert back to the previous version of Woocommerce without messing anything up so I can view my Analytics data until this gets fixed?

I’ve already tried the solutions you stated above. We need development help. This is a verifiable issue with the latest version of Woocommerce Analytics period. Report this to devs.

Again, this issue never occurred until the latest version 7.6.2.

WooCommerce Admin is no longer a separate extension, as it has been merged into the WooCommerce core. Therefore, I kindly request that you post about this in the appropriate forum instead. If you would like to learn more about the merge of WooCommerce Admin, please refer to this blog post.


Additionally, to provide a clearer understanding of the issue for the contributors in the WooCommerce core forums, kindly attach the following in your newly created thread:

• A screenshot of the behaviour you’re encountering, you can use Snipboard.
  
• A copy of your system status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
  
• It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.
