    Hello everyone,

First time ever asking a question for a WordPress / WooCommerce error, I always seem to find a workaround… but now, I am clearly defeated by the error. I need your help.

As every WooCommerce user knows since WC 4, 5.3 WP users have a special Analytics page for their data, instead of the “regular” Report page. It seems like I am not allowed to access that particular page. Now the message that is shown is this:

(in French): Désolé: vous n’avez pas la permission d’accéder à cette page.
(in English): Sorry: You do not have permission to access this page.

I am just trying to reach the link from the report menu (where the message to the new WooCommerce Analytics plugin goes) but it seems as if I am not allowed to access it, I am just not allowed to see the new Analytics from WooCommerce

Now, I did download the plugin from WordPress and installed everything and even gave my UA from the Woo settings under Integration / Google Analytics. I also have sitekit installed and works like a charm / I do have my site analytics, and my search console!

I know for a fact from the plugin pictures that there should even be an Analytics menu link on my WordPress install with the analytics logo… but even that is not visible.

I have tried to uninstall, reinstall, check my analytics account… nothing wrong with it.

My admin email is the same email in sitekit, same in analytics, same in woocommerce, always the same email adress.

Now there is ONE thing I believe is wrong is that I initially installed my WordPress and woo inside a folder and linked it as this https://v2.mysite.com until I was done with it… then went to https://mysite.com.

If anyone as any suggestion, i’ll take it!

    Thanks a lot.

    Hi @hangist,

Thanks for creating your first thread in the WooCommerce forum!

This could be tricky as some settings are a bit hidden. You probably need to enable WooCommerce Analytics. Please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features and enable Analytics from there. Don’t forget to save changes.

    Hope this helps.

    Hello Mirko,

And there it was, all this head scratching for a simple checkbox setting that I never imagined existed…

    Well, you are a saint.

Thank you very much for your help and very fast reply!

Glad to hear that my colleague helped you out!

If you have any further questions, I recommend creating a new thread since this one is tagged as resolved now.

    Thanks ??
