    Hi there!

I understand your concern. To assist you better, could you please ensure that you are viewing the total sales report by navigating to Analytics → Revenue?

By default, Analytics → Orders displays the net sales, not the total sale.

    I hope this helps!

How do I get Analytics → Orders to show total sale?

I use to be able to down load the Orders with total sales, but this disappeared after an update months ago

    Hi @karakawa ,

By default, WooCommerce now displays the order total sales as net sales, which may exclude costs such as customer shipping fees or other adjustments. If you’d like a complete report of your orders, including all components, you can view this in the current WooCommerce Analytics:

    • Navigate to Analytics > Revenue,
    • Or, directly access this link: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=%2Fanalytics%2Frevenue

The total sales calculation follows this formula:
Total Sales = Gross Sales – Returns – Coupons + Taxes + Shipping
Whereas Net Sales = Gross Sales – Returns – Coupons (referred to as “Sales” in the legacy WooCommerce Reports).

If you’re unsure about any of the terms used, this guide provides detailed explanations: WooCommerce Analytics – Definitions of Terms.

However, if you prefer the old reporting format, you might consider downgrading WooCommerce to an earlier version, as the new analytics format will be the standard moving forward.

Feel free to check this and let me know if you have further questions!
