Woocommerce Analytics Not Working

I have set up a local version of WordPress with Woocommerce installed. However, I am having trouble with the built-in WC analytics. The setting page of analytics simply shows blank and other reports don’t show any data for any range selected. I tried deactivating all plugins except Woocommerce, it is the same for the analytics.
