WooCommerce Analytics not working

Also cleared the cache of the analytics system, still getting errors.

After you cleared the cache, you can re-import the data from the bottom of the page at Analytics ? Settings

Can you, please, also confirm if the WooCommerce database is updated?

You can do it from WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Update database.

Before doing that, make sure you have a good backup of your full site and database in place, so that if something goes wrong, you can easily restore your site to a functioning state. Most hosting providers have this included in the subscription, but you may also consider using a service like Jetpack, or a plugin like UpdraftPlus.

Can you please check under WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions to see if any stuck processes are preventing the updated information from being imported?

Let us know how it goes for you.

Please also share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Can you go to WooCommerce > status > scheduled actions > pending. Make sure to run the pending actions (if applicable), then please try again to open WooCommerce analitycs.

They are running every 5 minutes, so they we’re successfully run. So no scheduled action is pending.

Can you please provide the following information to continue troubleshooting:

— Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if any other error is being displayed).

— Developer Console: Right-click on the Analytics page (the one that is not working so far) press F12 on the keyboard and select “Inspect” (this option will show up on most browsers). In the developer tools that will pop up you should see a “Console” tab. From there, please send us a screenshot of what’s being displayed on your end.
