    Dear support,

    Woocommerce does not count the orders correctly.

    Especially adding on hold orders from previous day to “today’s orders” if they was processed today. Also not counting new on hold orders to today’s orders total count (related to previous bug – looks like only getting processing ones).

    This bug only happens in version 7.6. I did a rollback to prev. version (7.5.1) and there it works perfect.

    I understand that the WooCommerce Analytics does not display the correct data on your site, correct?

    Can you please follow the steps below and let us know if these resolve the issue?

    • Analytics > Settings > Date type – set to Date Created
    • WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear Analytics Cache
    • Import Historical Data

    Thank you, that helped me too.

    I still have a small problem.
    My website has been rebuilt last year. The orders from the previous version have been imported.
    But not well.
    It counts 4x all values.
    Is there anything to do with this?

    I understand you are experiencing the same issue and since every site is different and you’re not the person who originally started this topic then, per the forum guidelines, would you please start your own topic?

    Additionally, please include your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Once you’ve created a new forum topic, you can include the contents of your SSR and logs within your message on that forum topic.
