WooCommerce Analytics show totally wrong numbers and data wont reset

So the problem I have is that my Woocommerce Reports show the correct data (84 orders, 119 products purchased, 14000eur revenue) but when I go to Woocommerce Analytics I see insane numbers (600 orders, 900 products purchased, 98000eur revenue). Shows orders on the dates that had 0 orders.
Tried to clear cache on Woocommerce Status > Tools – did not help
Cleared Transients as well.
Reimported historical data and deleted it then, nothing happens.
Found in DB I found “transient_wc_report” with some of the insane numbers, removed everything with “transient_wc_report” did not help either, it keeps “recreating” transients to the DB.
How is possible to fix this? To completely remove analytics data and reimport historical data ?

I understand that you are seeing discrepancies in Analytics, and have tried a few troubleshooting steps to no avail, is this correct?
I see that you have already tried clearing analytical cache and importing historical data, however, can you please do the following, in this exact order, and see if this resolves the issue:
- Navigate to?Analytics?→?Settings, scroll down to?Date type?, and select?Date Created?on the dropdown:
- Navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and click on Clear Analytics Cache
- Import Historical Data
If this makes no difference, please can you share the following:
- System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select
Get system reportand thenCopy for support. - Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.
Once you have these, please share them in your response here.

Increased it, but that should not affect wrong data.
It shouldn’t, but since Analytics uses the action scheduler to sync data, increasing the PHP time limit will eliminate the possibility of the problem originating from a faulty sync.
You can try deleting previously imported data fromAnalytics → Settingsand import them again:

If the problem is not present after doing so, then you know there was a plugin conflict. You can enable plugins one by one again to find the culprit.

So even if I remove all the data by using SQL codes I sent you, analytics data is still there and I have no idea how?
When you delete order from backend panel, what tables it affect, because obviously something is missing here:DELETE FROM wp_woocommerce_order_itemmeta; DELETE FROM wp_woocommerce_order_items; DELETE FROM wp_comments WHERE comment_type = 'order_note'; DELETE FROM wp_postmeta WHERE post_id IN ( SELECT ID FROM wp_posts WHERE post_type = 'shop_order' ); DELETE FROM wp_posts WHERE post_type = 'shop_order';So to summarize removing order from the backend removes analytics while quick SQL actions do not remove it (mentioned earlier in the ticket), can you check why is that happening and tell me where analytics are stored in the database and what I should do to remove them from SQL so I can totally wipe out that info?
