    I have set up my WooCommerce products and installed the CyberSource plugin as a payment processing source. When testing the purchasing process and we get to our shopping cart, we are receiving the following message:

    Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.

    We are located in Texas and I can not seem to figure out where the error is coming from. Please help!

    Hi there,

    Your best bet here would be to get in touch with the developers of the CyberSource gateway you’re using, as this error typically means the payment gateway isn’t set up correctly. You can test this by enabling the Cash on Delivery payment gateway- if that shows correctly, the issue is within the CyberSource extension.
