Woocommerce and site URL

I was working on a test site at https://pecosflavorswinery.com/wpdocs I now made it live, but do not want the /wpdocs/ to show up in the URL So I changed the site URL in the settings and everything works as it should – except for Woocommerce. It won’t find the pages if I do that. If I go to a product and update it, that fixes it. But that means I would have to do that on every single product. Not only that, this doesn’t work on the categories. Is there a way that Woocommerce will update the URL’s easily?
