• Hi,
    I like to send different forms when someone buys something on the webstore. Now, when someone buys something, the get the invoice attached to the comfirmation mail. I would like to change that to an order comfirmation insteed of an invoice and like to send the invoice after the order is send but don’t know how to do that.
    I am using the plugin ‘WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips’. Can I make my own order confirmations and invoices? And how do I do that?
    When someone has bought something, they get redirected to a page that sais that the shopping card is empty insteed of a thank you message or something. Where can I change that?

    Hi @stefanpeeters,

    With our Professional extension you will get access to the Proforma and Credit note document. You can use the Proforma as an order confirmation that automatically gets attached to the new order email that is sent to the customer.

    The redirect after purchase is something that is probably caused by your current theme. You can check if this behaviour is still occurring if you switch to the default woocommerce storefront theme. If this fixes the problem I would recommend contacting the support of your theme.
