WooCommerce archive not cropping thumbnails

  • Hi OceanWP!

    We noticed that the product archive is showing the images in full, not in the cropped version.
    I tested it with only woocommerce plugin enabled, so it should not be a plugin conflict.

    Do you have any suggestions?

    Please go to APpearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product Images, from here try to change the image settings and check.

    If you have already did but not working, please share a snapshot of the settings.
