Woocommerce are not viewable by other user

    I using window,woocommerce version 3.6.2, wordpress version 5.1.1, Apache serve, 5.6.40 php

    When i have set up my woocommerce, it can viewable in my preview but when i open online there are problem of viewable. For example, when I create a new landing page and put the checkout page shortcode inside my page. There are not viewable by other user instead only admin can view the checkout page. Can I know are there any problem and how to solved it? Thank you very much!

  • Is the page marked as “Open to the public”? Seems this one is for admins only in the settings, or maybe your editor is in text mode

    I have check with my page, the page is open to public. There are no problem.

    This is best handled by posting a URL @winfield0827 and paste your system report here. If you don’t know how to grab a report please go to

    WooCommerce > Status > Get System Report and then paste it here.
