Woocommerce asking to fill in required fields even though they are filled in

    Hi,

    For some strange reason, when I go to checkout on my site and have all the fields filled in, once I click place order, I get an error message saying that all the fields are required and I cannot proceed.

    Can you please advise?

  • Can you be more specific as to which page(s)? Is it for registration or for checkout? If I were to try and replicate the order on checkout (provided that’s the page having problems) would that affect your store’s website negatively in any way, before I try it?

    You may want to check the settings of your payment page. When I try to check out, the payment form shows me the following:

    Cheers, after chatting to staff from Woocommerce today, it turns out that it is an issue with the payment providers plugin which is being looked at now.
