Woocommerce Attribute terms are not counted correclty after conversion

Hello,

I am running the latest version of woocommerce and also your plugin. After I migrated my products from my old shop the attribute terms appeared correctly but the slugs were in Greek.

After running the conversion of old posts and selecting the terms/categories I wanted to include, I went to check if everything was ok but found out that the attributes were counted incorrectly. For example, Attribute 1 had Term 1. Term 1 was counting 2.000 products that were passed on. After the conversion 1.700 were counted.

Any thoughts on this one?
