    wordpress 5.5.1
    woocommerce 4.5.2

I have set the [Automated taxes] in [enabled Automated taxes], and the shop address in [United States (US) — Kentucky]

But the tax is 0 in cart.

When I add tax rate Manual in Standard rates, and The tax will be displayed normally.

What is wrong with my setting?

    Hi there!

I have set the [Automated taxes] in [enabled Automated taxes], and the shop address in [United States (US) — Kentucky]

Can you please reconfirm the billing/shipping address is from a different state?

I’m asking because if it is not, then this is expected: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/automated-tax-not-working/#post-13400762

If not, can you please get back to us with the System Status Report and an example address where TAX isn’t returned?

    re: System Status Report

    * You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    * Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

I don’t even see the Automated Taxes menu item. That first dropdown menu is not even there. What do I need to set this? Thanks.

@angelrabbit Glad you got it sorted ??

You’d only want to install and activate WooCommerce Shipping and follow the instructions in the documentation: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-services/

If you’ve already followed the steps there, can you please get back on this topic with the System Status Report and a screenshot of what you’re seeing under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Tax?

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try https://snipboard.io or https://skitch.com/.
You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.
