WooCommerce back end issue

Hi everyone, here I am with a new issue. I know you may think this is not a wordpress issue, but I tried removing this plugin from the root and still this weird issue is persisting. Today when I went on the settings for woocommerce something looked a bit different and I don’t know how to explain, so I took a screenshot where the issue is very visible. The drop down option menus are not showing up at all.

So this is how it looks before I click on anything:

Anybody has any clues what this could be?
