    Hi @josparky ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that the backend of your site is experiencing a slow load, while the rest of your site is loading without any issue, is this correct?

Please can you work through the below support articles and see if this makes any difference:

We’d be happy to take a look at your System Status Report to see if we are able to identify anything that may be contributing to this issue.

You can share a copy of your sites System Status Report by navigating to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

    Cheers!

so after some more research and inspecting the console. This is the error that appears to be slowing it down. Something that yall added for a check to jetpack and I do not have jetpack installed so is slow till this error is thrown. How can this check be removed from the admin side Home section of woocommerce.

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

    wp-json/jetpack/v4/connection/data?_locale=user 404

    Hello @josparky,

Thank you for looking into this.

I own a couple of test sites with and without Jetpack and I can’t see the mentioned error in the console.

Can you please try disabling all plugins except WooCommerce as well as switching to Storefront?

Is the admin dashboard still slow after doing so?

If you’re not comfortable doing all of this on the live version of your site, you can create a staging environment using WP-STAGING.

If you’re still experiencing this issue after doing the above, then please attach a couple of screenshots to help us understand the issue.

Look forward to hearing back from you.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
