Woocommerce bind fail

Hi, I’m trying to add a Woocommerce shop following help.17track.net/hc/en-us/articles/360012516651. I get the API key, but when I add the details on https://seller.17track.net/en/shop-manage I get
“The authorization parameter you entered is incorrect. Please confirm”.
The test shop site I’m using is https://www.phuketrentvilla.com/shop/
