Woocommerce blocks LOADING circles repeat

this is the log of my php error log and if im logged into WP admin the page works correctly , but if normal visitor its stuck @ loading circles witha blank page … all this happened when i tried to activate a plugin called woocommerce blocks and it also works if i change the theme. thank you in advance
