    Thanks for reaching out.

    We can do that by using the custom CSS code. Can you please navigate to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and add the following CSS:

    .wc-bookings-date-picker .ui-datepicker td.not_bookable {
    background: #D1D1D1 !important;
    opacity: 1 !important;
}
