I use the WooCommerce Bookings plugin and i need to auto confirm all bookings when they are made. So i use the following script which is not working:

function set_cod_bookings_confirmed_20170825( $order_id ) {

$booking->update_status( 'confirmed' );

It would be very nice if someone could help me fixing this! Thank you so much!

Hello @peesen87,

If I understand you correctly, you want to switch the booking orders to be “completed” automatically. Perhaps this snippet can guide you in the right direction.

I should note that support for paid products is handled via email, if you need more help with this you can email us at WooCommerce.com > MY profile > Support.

@babylon1999 I wrote a mail to the plugim developer but the support sent me a script that is not working and now sent me out on my own journey.. i just wrote them if they could give a little bit more effort in their support. The orders are completed that is working but i have problems setting the status of the bookings via script. Still trying to fix that.

I understand that after reaching out to the support team, you were given the custom code above, however, it is not working on your end, correct?

As mentioned by Saif above, I’m afraid that premium plugins are being handled by our Happiness Engineers when you open a support request.

In addition, custom coding is outside our scope of support, hence, I am leaving this thread open for a bit to see if anyone can chime in to help you out.

For questions related to development and custom coding, your best bet is to ask on any of these channels for support. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, too.
