    I need to use custom message on “Cart Custom Info” and “Checkout Custom Info” for 2 languages, I can use “WooCommerce Booster WPML” for this?
    I create the message for the first language how I can do it for the second?

    Yes, you can use [wcj_wpml] shortcode (don’t forget to enable the module first) and use it something like this:

    [wcj_wpml lang='en']Message[/wcj_wpml][wcj_wpml lang='ru']Message[/wcj_wpml]
