    When switching to another user, the ‘My Account’ page is broken, it is blank. This doesn’t happen when logged into my own account or logging into another account manually.

    I am using the latest version of WooCommerce (just updated to v3), WordPress and User Switching.

  • I am facing same issue on both My Account page as well as on checkout page. Is there a fix?

    I was able to fix it by adding this line to wp-config.php

    define( ‘USER_SWITCHING_OLDUSER_COOKIE’, ‘any_random_sting_sjkfjnkasdujk3290jkaskfdkl’);

    Interesting. Is the fix permanent?

    Do you know this fixes the problem / what is the cause of this issue?

    Hi John,

    This issue appears to be specific to the User Switching plugin, as the problem only occurs when you “switch to” another user. The problem doesn’t happen when you login normally and view the WooCommerce pages.

    If the problem is with WooCommerce, could you please be more specific? Is there something you are aware of?

    User Switching simply switches you from one user account to another. It sounds like WooCommerce might not be clearing its cookies on the correct hook in WordPress. Your best bet is to ask the WooCommerce folks to take a look and identify the problem.

    If it is specific to User Switching then I’ll be more than happy to look into it.

    Hi John,

    I haven’t received a reply from WooCommerce. It seems they don’t want to deal with this issue.

    Impatient much ?? Looking today.

    Hi Mike,

    I’ve just seen your response to the other thread. I was not aware you were looking into the issue or that it was even on anyone’s radar.

    Thanks for your assistance.

    It seem the issue is either related to the User Switching plugin or, more likely, something unique to the website itself.

    @steve & @mike

    We have seen instances of User Switching broken on two WooCommerce 3.0.4 websites so far. Rolling back to 2.6.14 has corrected the issue for the time being. I’m not sure what is causing the issue.

    Is there a link available to the WooCommerce support topic?
