Hi. I’ve discovered a bug when sending notification from WooCommerce via your plugin.
The system doesn’t sent emails, and in Log file “Status” field, there is a message: Invalid “Reply-To” e-mail address “My Example Email”
Problem caused:
WooCommerce Settings -> Emails
Email sender options:
“From” name – “My Example Email”
“From” address “[email protected]”When I set values to both of these fields or leave them both empty, my emails do not delivered. Even the email address is exactly the same to the one I use for smtp settings.
Solution I found:
Leave empty field: “From” name
Set email that I use for SMTP to: “From” addressOnly with this configuration email sending works.
Unfortunately options “Prevent plugins and themes from changing this” in Post SMTP -> Settings -> Message, didn’t work for me. I guess plugin could not override WooCommerce settings in my case.

WordPress 5.2.1
Post SMTP Version 2.0.2
WooCommerce Version 3.6.4Hope this will help somebody who meet the same issue.
