Woocommerce cancelled order without reason

Hello,

Something very weird happens in woocommerce. I had an order yesterday by credit card and everything was fine. Today, I received a cancelation e-mail order from woocommerce about that order. I asked the person and she says she didn’t cancelled it and even the transation is made in her bank account, her paid is made but the order in woocommerce panel is cancelled and I have received the e-mail. So, what is going on? It the order is not cancelled whay woocommerce cancels it?

Anyone else has the same problem? Someone can helpme to fix it or see where is the problem reading the log?
