woocommerce cart abandonment recovery don’t generate coupon code

    Greetings for the day!

    Are you testing it by sending a test email from email templates? If yes, it will not generate a coupon code in this case as it is just a test email and no actual cart is abandoned.

    However, if you are testing it by abandoning an order as a user and still the coupon code is not getting sent with the emails, Please provide us the screenshot of the coupon code settings.

    Also, test it with the Smart Coupons for WooCommerce deactivated as you suspected it to be causing the issue.

    I have tried with a real Cart Abandonment.

    I have need to Smart Coupons for WooCommerce.

    Hello @quatio ,

    Just to confirm, please disable the smart coupons plugin, try sending a test email and see if a real cart abandonment email got the coupon code.
