Woocommerce Cart Doubles When Coupon Is Applied

• System Status Report: Navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get System Report and then Download for Support.
• Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

For a discount code, try “march20”, then click “apply coupon”. You’ll see that the same item is repeated, but it’s not doubling the purchase. It’s just displaying a repeat of the item in the cart.

Thank you for sending the screenshots and the System Status Report.

I checked your site and confirmed the issue; every time the Add Coupon button is selected, it duplicates the items the user is buying.

I think this could be due to a conflict between WooCommerce and your theme or another plugin you have installed.

To discard this, please perform a conflict test by temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront, deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce, and then checking again if the issue persists.

If that solves it, reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, reactivate your other plugins, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict.

If you cannot perform a conflict test on your live site, we recommend creating a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.

I found the issue. There is a popup on the cart page, and I had the shortcode for checkout on this pop up AS WELL AS the actual cart page. I removed the one from the popup and that resolved the issue.
