    My woocommerce cart is not working on mobile devices. When trying to access the cart it simply shows ” [woocomerce_cart]”. I have tried disabling all plugins and am using the storefront theme … same results. The domain name is customtroutflies.ca

  • Did you tell WooCommerce which is your cart page?

    Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced tab, Page setup section
    then choose your cart page in the drop-down.

    Thanks for your suggestion. Yes it is selected. It directs to cart perfectly from desktops it’s just when using mobile devices that the cart will not display. Any other thoughts/ideas?

    Seemed to be a caching issue with WP fastest Cache … fixed.

    It wasn’t working on desktop for me when I looked yesterday. I was just seeeing the shortcode.

    Fastest Cache excludes cart, checkout and my-account pages by default, as it should.

    Maybe some other factor at play. Anyway its working now.

    I checked the box “Don’t show the cached version for logged-in users” and it solved the problem. I do not see where I can exclude cart/checkout/account pages? Perhaps a screenshot? Thanks for your replies!

    With WP Fastest Cache, you don’t have to exclude cart, checkout and my-account because they are automatically detected and excluded from the cache.

    That’s why I don’t think your problem was a caching issue. Something else.

    When testing, you should logout so you can test the site that customers see.

    Anyway, if its working now there’s not much more to do.

    Looking at your site today I can see the contents of the cart on the cart and checkout pages on both desktop and mobile devices. It seems like you have managed to resolve this behaviour now. I’ll therefore set this forum topic as resolved.
