WooCommerce Cart Element not updated after “add to cart” & ajax update

    The “HFE WooCommerce Cart Widget” is not updated after “Add to Cart” and the Ajax event have been triggered.

    “Elementor WooCommerce Std Widget” or “WooCommerce Shortcode” or “Elementor Menu Cart Cart Element” works without any problems.

    Any advise?

    We tried checking the issue as mentioned and we were able to reproduce the issue on our end.

    I have same issue with cart icon.

    When click to add to cart button – In header, cart counter is not update with ajax.

    Any solution?

    Yes, as you can see we mentioned above and also responded to the new topic we are working on the same and should be fixed in the upcoming update soon.

    This is to let you know that with EHF v1.5.0, now cart count is also increasing with AJAX add to cart.

    Please update EHF to the latest version. Do let us know if we can help with anything else.

    I am having the same problem. If you could please take a look at my site and give me help would be appreciated.

    The amount on the Cart Menu would up refresh to a new price when an item is add to cart.
    All plugins are updated already.

    The cart menu only appears during mobile view.
    During mobile view, when ever I try to add product the amount will not update.

    Thank you for getting back!

    As I checked the site on mobile mode, I can see that Elementor Pro’s Mini Cart widget is used on the page.

    HFE’s widgets have a badge over them – https://share.getcloudapp.com/04uOZO2j. Could you please use this and let me know if you still face the issue?
