WooCommerce Catalog is not syncing?
-
Hi! I’ve installed the plugin and connected with 1. Business Center, 2. TikTok Ad Account, and 3. TikTok Pixel.
Even if the connection appears successful on the WordPress admin, the TikTok Catalog is empty.
How do we auto-sync our Woo Catalog with TikTok?
Thanks!

Same problem. And I don’t see any pixel installed even with thee Tiktok Pixel Helper 2.0. Says that no pixel is installed
There may be a lag for synced products showing up in your plugin dashboard in WooCommerce. The most real time view of your catalog status is available within your Catalog Manager, which you can access by following these steps:
1. Open your browser and login to your TikTok for Business account (https://ads.tiktok.com/i18n/login)
2. At the top of your TikTok Ads Manager account landing page, select Assets –>Catalog
3. Select your catalog and it will bring you to your Catalog Manager. Can you confirm that there are no products synced in your Catalog Manager?
Within the plugin experience, when you go to click and land on your management overview page, that typically triggers a refresh / auto sync. You can click on the refresh icon as well right next to the catalog status on the Overview page as well. Please let us know if you are still experiencing issues with your product catalog sync.
@jhonb See above for Product Catalog sync troubleshooting.
The pixel that is installed via the TikTok for WooCommerce plugin is not a browser based pixel so it will not show up in the pixel helper tool. That is expected behavior. In order to test the pixel, please go to this FAQ link (https://ads.tiktok.com/marketing_api/docs?id=1724255493685249) and follow the instructions. Once you are logged in to TikTok Ads Manager (there is also link to in your TikTok plugin dashboard), at the top of the screen:
– Hover over the Assets Tab
– Click on Events
– Select Web Events
– Select / Click on the link for your pixel
– Select the Test Events tab (which is shown in the screen shot in the help article)From here you will be able to test event tracking. Please let us know if you have further issues.`
> Can you confirm that there are no products synced in your Catalog Manager?
Confirmed, still no products showing up after almost a week.
I’ll also point out that there are a couple of issues with the plugin experience.
1) Navigating to the page is unavailable. Not available on wp admin menus or right after installing the plugin. I was just so lucky to guess the URL
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=tiktok/
2) The page is messed up like this. I just didn’t mind as I was still able to connect my account:
Take note I can see the refresh button, but the page is so messed up, it seems it can’t be clicked.
@tiktokforbusiness looking forward to resolving this and thanks for your help!
@allancaeg Thank you for the feedback.
Regarding the navigation issue, the new versions of WooCommerce require you to disable new navigation settings to see the plugin.
– Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features
– Un-check the “Navigation” option, and save the changes.
– You should now see “TikTok” under the “Marketing” tab and initiate your setup.Regarding the issues with your catalog syncing, can you please pull the logs for tiktok_for_woocommerce so that the technical team can review? These are the steps:
– Select WooCommerce on your sidebar menu
– Select Status in the Woocommerce menu
– Select Logs tab within Status menu
– Type in “tiktok_for_woocommerce” in the search bar menu and select view.
– Copy the entire log (drag and select all the way to the bottom of the screen to ensure you select and copy the full log
– Paste and attach the logs in a txt file.`Thanks @tiktokforbusiness , changing the navigation settings did the UI trick.
But for what it’s worth, clicking refresh still doesn’t do anything.

I am having the same issue. Only 8 items synchronized to TikTok. My refresh button doesn’t function either. Here is my status dump: https://1drv.ms/t/s!Ah5UCzff5R1gi4Q6MOLPKLDPn_Um6Q?e=HanBvr
Hi @allancaeg – searching your log file, we don’t see any references to catalog. Would it possible for you to pull logs for the day you installed the plugin if they are still available?
Hello @tiktokforbusiness , here’s the first log I can find and has references to catalog:
@allancaeg – thanks. Can you pass along the other days afters this one that have references to catalog as well?
@allancaeg the team was able to identify the issue – there are no products listed in your catalog because the sync failed due to an issue with the price field in your current catalog. They are working on a fix and will likely deploy an updated version of the plugin next week so no further action on your side.
@brentreyno similarly, we aren’t seeing any references to catalog or SKU’s in the logs that you sent above. Can you please search for your tiktok_for_woocommerce logs that contain references to catalog or SKU and send over?
Also, regarding your current catalog, can you confirm:
– Your plugin dashboard management page still says 0 products synced
– Your catalog manager still has 8 product synced
– The total number of products that you are expecting to be synced. Also, regarding your current catalog, can you confirm:
– Your plugin dashboard management page still says 0 products synced YES
– Your catalog manager still has 8 product synced YES, and those are ones that are ‘out of stock’ strangely
– The total number of products that you are expecting to be synced. 1600+ including variations (not sure how TikTok handles variations)All log files containing “catalog” can be found here: https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ah5UCzff5R1gi4Q5gMcajarFBXCcKQ?e=8Ix0Vm
I did the test events and nothing showed up in the tab. I generated the QR Code and scanned it. Then I faked an order with my phone through the QR Scanned. But no event showed up
