WooCommerce catalog side bar is not showing

  • Hello, I was attending to update this webpage, but after the WooCommerce (8.8.3) and Flatsome (child 3.0) theme Update, the way is showing the Shop page is different, and I can’t show the shop catalog sidebar, and the normal sidebar is appearing in the bottom of the page that I don’t want to use that one, I want to use the WooCommerce side bar, that show filtering called “Shop Sidebar” in widgets section.

    It is not possible to upload images to these forums, and that’s such a good thing. We get enough spam as it is.

    To share an image here, upload the image to a third party site and then share the link to that image. This site is often recommended but there are many others.

    I tried to visit the website but I was blocked.
    I also tried using the VPN which works most of the time but that did not work either.
    Could you please check if the website is up and accessible to the public?

    Regarding the screenshots, as suggested in the last message you may use an online image-sharing tool such as https://snipboard.io/.
