    After sorting the products in my ecommerce store into their proper categories, I placed four categories as a dropdown on the main menu under ‘Shop’. The categories are clickable, but only take me to a blank page. Links to the categories also show up on the individual product pages, but again only take me to the same blank page.
    What did I miss?

    You can perform a full conflict test to find what is causing the issue.

    You will need to deactivate temporarily all plugins except WooCommerce then switch to a default WP theme e.g. Storefront. Then check if the issue is still present, if not, it means there was a conflict and you can gradually re-activate the theme and plugins one by one (and check again after each reactivation) until you find what is causing the issue.

    If that does not work, please provide your System Report under WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
