WooCommerce categories & short codes

when adding short code button for view all, only some products in the category are linked, and only in text.No pics show up unless the text is clicked. Eg:
http:oldtimeglass.com/elegant-glass
when you click on the View All button, only 3 titles come up, text only, when there are many, instead of showing the pics of all products, as it does in a child category like here https://oldtimeglass.com/fire-king when you click the view all button.
This only happens when it is a parent category.
