    HI

Woocommerce categories – It seems to default in the SEO TItle – ARCHIVES …

Why does it do that ? It looks odd that every Category when found in google says a Title with ARCHIVES as well as other text.

Can I remove that all in one go everywhere ?

Or I have to EDIT each Category and sub category separately?

    Thanks

    Kristin

    Hi @kristinubute

The issue you’re experiencing is related to the SEO settings. The archives title is a default setting that can be changed. You can remove it all in one go by adjusting the SEO settings in your SEO plugin.

If you’re using Yoast SEO, for example, you can navigate to Yoast SEO > Settings > Categories & Tags > Product Categories and then remove “Archives” from the title.

However, if you want unique SEO titles for each category or subcategory, you need to edit them separately.

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
