WooCommerce category archives – 404’s

  • Hi!

    Not 100% sure this is related to your plugin exactly, but our customer’s site was updated last night and today the woocommerce product cat archives were 404ing. This error was resolved after disabling your Custom Tax plugin.

    Just wanted to let you know, in case it helps others!

    Just tested, but on my testing setup it works fine with current versions of the plugins.

    Can you tell me the following?
    – Which PHP version
    – Which theme
    – Which plugins

    I will take a look if I can reproduce it with a similar setup.

    I got problem with Woocommerce Breadcrumb too when using ordering Product Category. They only show 2 level instead of full level of category on product page.
    For example: Home > A > B > C but when I ordeing product category, it only show Home > A.
    I have to disable plugin. Hope you can take a look at it.
    I used Flatsome theme, PHP 1.4.23, Woocommerce 5.1.3 and WordPress 6.0.1
    And some of plugin as Yith Filter Product also didn’t work if I want to show Taxonomy by term order.
