Woocommerce cause 503 error

    Hi,
    My site is showing 503 error from this morning. Till this morning it was working fine. I tried to deactivate the theme and plugins and confirm that woocommerce is causing this issue. When I am trying to activate the woocommerce plugin the site got crashed.
    The error showing is
    “The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

    Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. “

    Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    This sounds like an issue on the server level. Have you noticed that you’re only seeing this problem when WooCommerce is active, and not when WooCommerce is deactivated?

    If yes, can you please get back to us with:

    1. System Status Report

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    2. Any Fatal errors you find under WooCommerce > Status > Logs > Select – Latest Fatal Error Log under drop-down (right side) > Click – View button

    Hi there!

    Thank you for the System Status Report. Can you please confirm if the issue is fixed now?

    I’m asking because if activating WooCommerce would bring the server down, there wouldn’t be a way to access System Status Report.

    This error cause only in front-end, I can access the wp-admin panel after activating the woocommerce, but not front-end

    These are just notices, which are slightly different from errors, and they’re likely not what caused the 503 error. One way or another though, we’ll need to find the exact error message your getting in order to see what the cause and solution are.

    My suggestion would be to try this process:

    1. Trigger the error again by turning on WooCommerce and navigating to the frontend of your site.
    2. Get in touch with your web hosting provider and have them look through their logs for any 500-level errors.
    3. Once they find it, pass it back to us here in this thread. ??

    Oh also: could you please send me a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find it under WooCommerce > Status in the dashboard. Click “Get system report” and then the “Copy for support” button. Once you’ve done that, paste it into your reply.
