WooCommerce e-mails me on the wrong e-mail address. When i for example trigger a customer download in the Woocommerce -> Customer section it sends the email to an emailaddress that was used when creating the website two years ago.

However, since then the administration mail in WordPress -> Settings was changed and i can’t find any mention of the old e-mailaddress in the any settings pages or in any database tables.

Does anyone know where this address can be changed?

You need to go to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails and then change the email to the appropriate one there.

@serafinnyc thank you for the reply. This e-mail setting is already the new one. I get most WooCommerce mails on the correct e-mail address. It’s just that some core mails such as exports of customers are being sent to the old one.

    Hi @wesleyrobertsmits,

Just to highlight, there are several email addresses you will want to check/update to your new email at WooCommerce → Settings → Emails especially the New Order, Cancelled Order, and Failed Order recipient emails.

For reference, kindly check this documentation: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#section-21

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
