Firstly please add FSFW (Not Suitable for Work) to title.

Your CSS can specifically target just this tickbox by using the class specifier like:
.wc-gzd-checkbox-placeholder-legal
But sorry, I can’t figure out how to color the tick.

Changing the tick:

.woocommerce-info:before {
    color: red;
}

replace “red” with your preferred color code.
