• Hello, I’m not sure this is the right forum to ask questions (I’m new), but I have had a problem recently with my new website where sometimes (maybe 1% of the orders) that Woocommerce sets orders to failed, but the customer says the order went through fine, and Stripe has charged the money and it says on the stripe the payment was successful.

    What could this be?

    This is what it says on the order note:
    first:
    “Stripe payment intent created (Payment Intent ID: —)”
    then:
    “Error processing payment. Reason: The PaymentMethod src— does not belong to the Customer you supplied cus_MQAjZwF5RUGpBW. Please use this PaymentMethod with the Customer that it belongs to instead. Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.”
