    I understand that you are experiencing issues initiating a chat via https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/. This sounds frustrating!

    Please clarify if this occurs on various browsers, or only a specific browser? Also, could you please share a screenshot of where exactly the flow gets stuck?

    Additionally, would you please share any browser console errors that may be displayed on the page when initiating a chat.

    sry, missed this one, think I was about to reply here but then something came up so I didn’t finish the response. Just now, I was making a screen recording, guess what… the chat started working again.
