I noticed today that Woocommerce blocks have stopped working on my checkout page. I currently have the default shortcode set, but I hate how outdated it looks. For some reason, when I add the Woocommerce checkout block to the page, it creates an on-page error that asks the user to try again later or contact the site administrator if the problem persists. The blocks are working on the cart page (with the exception of a button issue), so I don’t think it’s directly related to the blocks or my site theme.

    Any ideas are appreciated!

Hi @alysa841 – Can you check to see if there are any fatal errors logged when this occurs? You can find those at: WP Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status > Logs – the log will be in the dropdown and labeled as fatal-errors-….

Hi Joey! Thank you for your reply. I just checked and there is no fatal error from yesterday when I was playing around with it. I just tried again and am still not receiving any error. Thank you!

I tested this just now as well, and I did not see the error. It’s possible some sort of network glitch caused the block not to be able to “talk” to your site for a moment, but it’s hard to say with certainty.

Definitely let us know if this happens again! ?? Thanks!
