Woocommerce Checkout Country

I’m trying to have users pay on registration but on checkout when I enter credit card info I get an error that says:

Country ‘-‘ is unknown. Try using a 2-character alphanumeric country code instead, such as ‘US’, ‘EG’, or ‘GB’. A full list of country codes is available at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1_alpha-2#Officially_assigned_code_elements

There is no place to enter country and woocommerce billing address fields are not showing up in my custom registration form section. How do I resolve?
