WooCommerce checkout disabled, still being filtered

Howdy!

Really been happy with your plugin and service but have run into a problem. Despite having the WooCommerce checkout form option turned off the form is still periodically showing up in logs. It’s not every order so I wasn’t concerned until recently when two long-standing customers had their orders rejected by CleanTalk. Given the cost of our products there’s no circumstance where successful payment information would mean a spam order. How can I ensure CleanTalk stays away from WooCommerce checkout?
