    Hi team,

    Since yesterday the checkout form on https://wallisdiervoeding.nl/checkout/ is not working anymore because of the false positive, see https://prnt.sc/n0kWi0GqCGaD. This is general so for all customers of the webshop. You can understand this is a big issue for our client.

    To mitigate the issue for now I have disabled the spam check on the Woocommerce checkout form so the orders can come in again.

    Can you please urgently advice what to do?

    Hello.

    You use the WP Rocket caching plugin on this website, and some visitor parameters are transmitted incorrectly. It may cause incorrect filtering.

    We suggest to change the following Anti-Spam plugin settings:
    – Set cookies to Off;
    – Use Anti-Spam by CleanTalk JavaScript library to On.
    Please also set the WP Rocket plugin up as we recommend in this article: https://cleantalk.org/help/cleantalk-and-wp-rocket.
    Also, make sure that the website cache is 24 hours or less. Such an option should be in the cache plugin settings. WP Rocket has this help page about cache lifespan: https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/78-how-often-is-the-cache-updated.
    Please do not forget to clear all website cache after every action.

    I had same the same issue come up today. It’s weird that it’s been working normally for a long time, and now all of a sudden, it started producing these spam messages. It’s the same thing when trying to order as admin, when the WP rocket plugin isn’t active. So it can’t be because of the WP-rocket plugin, because it’s not caching or doing anything when logged in.

    Could you tell us your website’s URL? We also would like to ask you mark as Not Spam a few falsely blocked requests in your Anti-Spam log: https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests.

    Your similar problems may be caused by different reasons.

    Hi, my URL is https://www.rimitagreen.com. At the moment the cleantalk plugin is deactivated, since our customers couldn’t buy from our store when it was active.

    We have found the issue on our side and have already fixed it. We are sorry that you faced such an issue.

    You can activate the plugin and enable the checkIng WooCommerce option.
