    @erikmolenaar ,

    Thank you so much for your detail video. Really helped me to find out the issue. I am currently testing its beta version and release soon if there is no issue.

    Thanks

    I was curious if it was just my experience. (Glad it isn’t!) Thanks for your hard work, @dnesscarkey !

    Hello,

    I hope you are doing well if ALL?H, our Lord, wills it …

    I would like to know if you have inserted the honeypot on the woocommerce checkout or if you need the premium version for that.

    thank you in advance

    @abdouallah ,

    Ya. We are now offering WooCommerce support from Extended version only. As wooCommerce has been hard to integrate and giving issue. So with Extended version we will have limited WooCommerce user base and can support better.

    Thanks

    Hi, can I just confirm that the honeypot only works on the WooCommerce Checkout page with the Extended (paid) version? So you fixed the issue that the OP raised three months ago? Thanks

    @growlightsaustralia,

    Ya, extended version works for both checkout and registration.

    Thanks

    Thank you

    OK, so I bought the Extended version and installed it an activated it, however I am getting an error message that reads:

    “For WP Armour Extended to work, you must activate Wp Armour . Please activate it.”

    When I check the WP Armour Extended Plugin it is “Activated”

    Do I also need to install the base version of WP Armour for the Extended version to work? I thought the Extended version was a stand-alone?

    @growlightsaustralia ,

    You need to activate both version. As extended version works like addons to the free version.

    Thanks

    OK, so everything is installed and tested using “Spam Bot” mode.

    When I try to make a transaction it says: “Spamming or your Javascript is disabled !!”

    Then this morning there were over 2000 attempts to transact on my website, 1-2 seconds apart, none of which were stopped by this so-called “Honey Pot”

    Clearly this software doesn’t work!

    Can someone explain why my site is still being attacked by bots and not being stopped by this software? How do I apply for a refund? Thanks.

    @growlightsaustralia ,

    Please send us your site url and the form which is hit by spammers, we will check and try to find the cause for it. Its better if you can send us a private msg using our FB page here. https://www.facebook.com/dnesscarkeyllc . Also, if our plugin is unable to deliver what it promises, we will make the refund for your extended version purchase.

    However, we would like to find the cause of why of plugin is not working.

    Thanks

    Hi, I don’t have Facebook. I have emailed you through your site. I can upload screenshots of the 2000 attempts if you email me back. All the attempts went through my Checkout Page and were declined by my payment gateway as the cards were either invalid or insufficient funds. None of the attepmts appear to have been blocked by the plugin.

    I would rather that this software worked and I didn’t have to ask for a refund, I just wanted to know the process. Hopefully we can get this working. The attempts were all 1-2 seconds apart, so I am certain they were script attacks, not human. Thanks.

    I just want to update this thread by saying that the plugin author has been very helpful and responsive to my issue which now appears to have been solved.

    He went the extra mile in not only helping me, but updating the entire plugin to solve an issue that could have affected others.

    Based on my own experience, I very much recommend this product – customer support is top notch, and that is very important to me.
